**********************************

Worship is central to our life as a faith community and to our formation as disciples of Jesus Christ. In worship we praise and draw near to God through prayer, song, Scripture and its interpretation, and the sacrament of Holy Communion. We seek to experience and live our lives by the Holy Spirit, building our relationships with God, our community and each other.

Being a Christian means accepting God’s love as expressed through Christ's life, death, and resurrection, and seeking to follow Christ in loving God and loving our neighbor. Worship helps and encourages us, as Christians, to continue to learn about and follow Jesus, and fully immerse ourselves in the Holy Spirit. It’s not about rules and regulations to follow; it is about a relationship with Jesus Christ. Being a Christian means that you are changed on the inside, transformed by the love, compassion, and hope God offers us.

We strive to live our lives in such a way that we follow Christ’s ministry and teachings in our families, the places we work, our local communities and wherever we travel. Fox Hill Central UMC welcomes ANYONE who desires to become part of our faith community and continue along with us on our path of discipleship.
